Privacy Policy
Future Benefits UK is a trading style of Assure Care Marketing, a direct-marketing company registered in India and also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.

Assure Care Marketing operates fully in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
We can be reached at info@assurecaremarketing.co.uk.

Who We Are
Assure Care Marketing is a direct-marketing organisation conducting telephone and online marketing surveys, as well as outbound telesales campaigns, for some of the UK’s leading brands.

Our purpose is to collect, verify, and manage consumer information and, where appropriate, conduct lawful telesales to introduce customers to products and services that are relevant and beneficial to them.
We carry out telesales only for specific, approved products and services on behalf of selected UK brands and service providers.
Our Role as Data Controller
Assure Care Marketing acts as the Data Controller for all personal data collected through its surveys, telesales calls, and online forms.
All processing is performed in full compliance with the UK GDPR and PECR.
Our clients (brands or service providers) receive only details of consumers who have explicitly consented or where a documented Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) supports the processing.

How We Use Your Personal Information
We may, from time to time, supply your information to selected partners for lawful marketing or telesales purposes.
The main aim is to allow those partners to provide you with information about goods and services which we reasonably believe may be of genuine interest to you, or to maintain any existing relationship you may already have with them.

Information is shared only after consent or legitimate-interest verification.
You can withdraw consent or request suppression at any time by contacting us.

Lawful Basis for Processing and Sharing
We rely on two lawful bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR:

-
Consent – where you have freely and clearly agreed to be contacted by a named organisation for specific reasons and by specific channels (telephone, email, or post).
-
Legitimate Interest – where contact is relevant, proportionate, and within your reasonable expectation.

Before any record is shared, Assure Care Marketing securely logs the date, time, method, and proof of consent or legitimate-interest justification (for example, call recordings or web-form evidence).
Consumers are informed of the client’s brand name and are given the opportunity to opt out during or after each call.

Who We Share Your Information With
Assure Care Marketing works with a small number of carefully-vetted UK-based marketing partners and data-processing suppliers, including selected UK brands that offer legitimate products and services.

Each partner operates under a written agreement requiring full compliance with UK GDPR and PECR.
Shared data is used only for the specific purpose for which consent or legitimate interest was obtained.

Working with UK Partners
Assure Care Marketing collaborates with several UK-based partners to introduce consumers to relevant products, sales and services offers.

Our clients do not conduct any cold calling and do not make unsolicited calls to sell their products or services.
For these clients, we handle the entire marketing, telesales, and acquisition process on their behalf under a commission-based model, meaning we are compensated only when a successful sale or verified customer conversion takes place.

We may also use the same verified consumer data to present other related products or services that are relevant, appropriate, and within the consumer’s reasonable expectation — always in accordance with their consent or legitimate-interest basis under UK GDPR.
Our clients engage only with consumers who have been verified and who have provided clear, recorded consent to be contacted for specific purposes.
As part of this consent, consumers agree that our clients may contact them by telephone, email, or post to send marketing information, welcome packs, promotional material, or related paperwork following their expressed interest during the initial call.

Assure Care Marketing securely captures and retains each consumer’s opt-in consent, enabling the lawful transfer of their details to our UK-based clients for fulfilment purposes.
Once a consumer confirms interest, our UK partners complete the process by sending the relevant documentation and confirmation details.

This ensures that all follow-up contact from our clients is based on verified consent or documented legitimate interest, in full compliance with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Withdrawal of Consent and Do-Not-Contact (DNC) Lists
If a consumer withdraws consent, cancels an enquiry, or objects to marketing, their details are immediately added to our internal Do Not Contact (DNC) list and suppressed from all future activity.
DNC updates are automatically shared with relevant partners to ensure no further communication occurs.

International Data Transfers
Assure Care Marketing is registered as a proprietorship established in India and is also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom for the purpose of conducting compliant direct-marketing and telesales activities.

Although certain data-processing and operational activities are carried out from India, all personal data of UK consumers are handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

All transfers of personal data between the UK and India are conducted under adequate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK ICO, supported by internal policies ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and security.

No personal data is transferred, processed, or stored outside the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA) unless equivalent legal protections and contractual safeguards are in place.
